Andy Facer is the Account Director, UK & Ireland for the Alabama Tourism Department. He has over three decades of experience working in the travel industry in several roles, including starting his career as a travel agent, then working in numerous commercial positions including product manager, purchasing manager, and for the last 10 years specialising in destination, hotel, and attraction representation. He regularly travels to the USA and spends a large amount of his time in The Deep South. Andy and his wife have a 7-year-old daughter, who already has the travel bug and loves a buffet breakfast!
