James Keane, Product Manager for Inntravel, specialises in walking holidays having spent the past 15 years designing self-guided walking holidays and leading walking tours all over Europe. Growing up in the Brecon Beacons in mid-Wales, James has been a lover of the great outdoors all his life. He has lived and worked throughout the Mediterranean and he has walked much of Europe where his feet have taken him on innumerable adventures including climbing Spain’s highest mountain, following in the footsteps of shepherds in Italy’s Gargano Peninsula and walking through the vineyards of Portugal’s Douro Valley, to name but a few. He is a passionate advocate for self-guided travel, believing the best way to see the world is on foot.
