Jo Pratt
Jo is an award-winning food writer, cook, food stylist and presenter. She is a best – selling author, with a number of awards under her belt and many of her books translated and sold in numerous countries around the world.
When not writing books, you’ll often find her presenting recipes online, on TV, in your favourite food magazines, on stage performing live cookery demonstrations and hosting numerous workshops/cookery classes. Jo regularly host lessons at Leith’s Cookery School and Divertimenti Cookery School, London.
She gained a huge amount of knowledge, skill and expertise from many years of working alongside hugely talented restaurant chefs, including the late Gary Rhodes, Gordon Ramsay, Jamie Oliver and John Torode, working on their books, tv shows and live cookery demonstrations.
