Kgomotso Ramothea
Kgomotso Ramothea has been the acting hub head at South African Tourism for the UK & Ireland since 2019.
Kgomotso has 19 years in the communications industry and over ten years’ overseeing the communications and marketing strategies at South African Tourism.
Leading a team of seven in the London office and three external agencies, Kgomotso directs the tourism board’s UK and Irish marketing strategy, implementing a recovery plan for the sector to give an economic boost once tourism resumes.
Originally from outside Pretoria, Kgomotso moved to the UK 12 years ago, after harnessing her communications skills at the World Summit on Sustainable Development, Forge Ahead and South African Agency for Science Advancement.
