Daniel Vella McIntyre
Daniel is a professionally trained and qualified chef, having completed five years of culinary education at the culinary school in Malta. Additionally, he also holds a degree in Tourism Studies from the University of Malta. Throughout his career, he has further advanced his skills at two renowned culinary schools in Italy: Castalimenti and Alma.
His professional experience spans various roles in top hotels and restaurants across the island, including major international chains like Hilton and Hyatt Regency. He eventually transitioned to the restaurant industry, a move that brought with it a significant milestone: leading the team at Malta’s first Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant. Following this achievement, he played a key role in the opening of a boutique hotel and a brasserie, and currently manages its brasserie.
