Powell has 30 years experience in the travel industry and also edited a wildlife & travel magazine for 10 years. Powell started his travel career trekking in the mountains of Morocco, Nepal, Iceland, Peru & Ethiopia before turning his attention to the seas and oceans of the world. Powell has travelled extensively on 7 continents including cruising in Alaska, sailing the Greek islands, cruising in Croatia, along the coast of Turkey, Antarctica, Greenland, through the Fjords of Chile, along the Ganges and the Amazon and spotting polar bears in Spitsbergen.
